HBL Hadasit Bio-Holdings raised 4.8 million NIS in a rights offering.

Attorneys Eran Ben-Dor and Lital Slutzky represented the company.

Hadasit Bio-Holdings Ltd serves as a precedent in biotechnology financing for the first time, public investment is allowed to participate in companies based on IP generated by Israel’s foremost medical research center – the Hadassah University Hospital which is responsible for the majority of Israel’s hospital-based research.
