ZAG’s Employment and Benefits department advises on civil disputes related to labor law, as well as in disciplinary, administrative and criminal proceedings brought against employers or individual employees.
We act for employers and employees of all types, before all courts as well is in alternative dispute resolution processes. These processes include initiating and defending against claims at the Regional Labor Courts, interim proceedings, injunctions, appeals to the National Labor Court and to the High Court of Justice, as well as representing clients outside of court in ADR proceedings such as mediation, arbitration and other techniques.
We also offer legal and commercial solutions to labor law disputes being conducted outside of Israel, involving international law.
